UPDATE 1-Putin replaces head of VEB state development bank
MOSCOW, Feb 26 (Reuters) - President Vladimir Putin has removed the head of ailing Russian state development bank Vnesheconombank and named a successor from top lender Sberbank , the Kremlin said on Friday.
