NEW YORK, July 19 (Reuters) - U.S. antitrust officials are

poised to file lawsuits to block Anthem Inc's

acquisition of Cigna Corp as well as Aetna Inc's

takeover of Humana Inc, a person familiar with the

matter told Reuters.
