Macy's, J.C. Penney settle Martha Stewart litigation

NEW YORK, Feb 2 (Reuters) - Macy's Inc has settled its

lawsuit accusing J.C. Penney Co of interfering

improperly with its exclusive merchandising agreement with

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc.
