SAO PAULO, April 24 (Reuters) - Johnson & Johnson,

Novartis AG and Takeda Pharmaceutical Co Ltd

are in talks with the controlling bloc of Brazilian drugmaker

Hypermarcas SA for a buyout, two people with

knowledge of the matter said on Monday.
