Army Corps of Engineers to give easement to Dakota Access Pipeline -U.S. senator

has directed the Army Corps of Engineers to proceed with the

easement needed to complete the Dakota Access Pipeline, U.S.

Senator John Hoeven of North Dakota said in a statement on
